No. Your Room Pass license key is your login. Enter it on the My Alerts page and your browser remembers it. On a new device, enter it again: your alerts are saved with the key, not the browser.
Through ntfy, a free notification app for iPhone and Android. You pick a topic name (we suggest a random one), subscribe to it in the app, and our alerts arrive as push notifications. There's a test button to check it works.
Yes. The checking happens on our servers, around the clock. You only need the website to set up or change your alerts.
Each Room Pass can change its sailing once, for a wrong pick or a change of plans. After that change, the new sailing is final.
Discounts apply to the fare, not taxes, so we work out your price before the discount and alert you when Disney's price falls below that. If you're not sure of your discount percentage, leave it blank and we'll alert you when the price falls below what you paid.
No. We tell you the room is available; booking it is up to you (or your travel agent), and popular rooms can go again within minutes.
